XenOptic ATMOS is a professional welding and respiratory protection system combining a True Color auto-darkening welding helmet with a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR).
Designed for demanding welding environments, the system provides protection against appropriate airborne particles while delivering filtered air to the welding helmet.
The PAPR unit features three adjustable airflow levels – 170, 190 and 210 L/min, a P3 particle filter and TH3 classification under EN 12941.
The auto-darkening welding helmet features a 1/1/1/1 optical class, True Color technology, automatic and manual shade control, and four operating modes: CUT, WELD, GRIND and DARK.
Available in two configurations:
Standard – welding helmet with PAPR air filtration system.
PRO – welding helmet with PAPR system and an additional clear grinding face shield.
PAPR Respiratory Protection
The powered air filtration unit supplies filtered air to the welding helmet, helping reduce exposure to appropriate airborne particles generated during welding.
TH3 Protection Classification
The complete respiratory protection system is classified as TH3 according to EN 12941 when correctly assembled and used as specified.
Adjustable Airflow
Three airflow settings provide flexibility for different working conditions.
LCD Display and Safety Alerts
The display shows airflow information, filter condition and battery status. Audible and vibration alarms warn of insufficient airflow or low battery charge.
True Color and Premium Optical Clarity
True Color technology and the 1/1/1/1 optical class provide clear visibility of the welding area with more natural colour reproduction.
Automatic and Manual Shade Control

The PAPR system with a P3 particle filter is intended for protection against specified airborne particles and aerosols.
It does not protect against gases, vapours or oxygen-deficient atmospheres.
Do not use the equipment in environments with an oxygen concentration below 19.5% or under other conditions prohibited by the manufacturer.
