SG600S is a versatile pneumatic HVLP spray gun supplied with three interchangeable nozzle sizes – Ø1.4 mm, Ø1.7 mm and Ø2.0 mm. The interchangeable nozzle system allows one spray gun to be adapted to different coating materials and painting applications.

HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology is designed for efficient coating material transfer while helping reduce unnecessary overspray. The gun operates within a 2–3.5 bar pressure range and provides a 160–240 mm spray pattern, making it suitable for both components and larger surfaces.

The Ø1.4 mm nozzle is suitable for general and more precise painting applications, the Ø1.7 mm nozzle provides increased material flow, while the Ø2.0 mm nozzle can be used with compatible higher-viscosity coating materials.

The spray gun features an aluminium alloy body and a top-mounted 600 ml cup. The set also includes three needles, a mesh filter, cleaning brush, wrench and other accessories required for operation and maintenance.
