HP Air spray gun Ø2.5mm (HP)

162A3 is a pneumatic HP high-pressure spray gun equipped with a larger Ø2.5 mm nozzle, designed for a variety of painting and coating applications. The larger nozzle opening is particularly useful when working with higher-viscosity coating materials that require increased material flow.

The spray gun features a top-mounted 600 ml aluminium cup. Gravity-fed material delivery provides convenient operation, while the aluminium cup is well suited for regular workshop use.

The gun operates at a working pressure of 3–4 bar with an average air consumption of 350 l/min. Its 110–220 mm spray pattern allows the coverage width to be adapted to the size of the workpiece and the application.

Thanks to its Ø2.5 mm nozzle, this model is particularly useful when smaller Ø1.5 or Ø1.7 mm nozzles are insufficient for the coating material being used.
