Air spray gun Ø2.5mm (HVLP)

HYMAIR AS1005G is a pneumatic HVLP low-pressure spray gun equipped with a large Ø2.5 mm nozzle, making it suitable for spraying higher-viscosity coating and finishing materials. The larger nozzle allows a higher material flow compared with standard 1.3–1.4 mm spray guns.

HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology operates within a 2.0–3.5 bar working pressure range. The 180–250 mm spray pattern is suitable for medium and larger surfaces, while the specified 202 l/min air consumption helps with selecting an appropriate air compressor.

A top-mounted 600 ml plastic cup provides gravity-fed material delivery. The AS1005G is suitable for workshop, automotive, metal and woodworking applications where compatible higher-viscosity coating materials need to be sprayed.
