Air spray gun Ø1.7mm (LVLP)

HYMAIR AS100317 is a pneumatic LVLP spray gun combining low compressed-air consumption with a wide spray pattern. The Ø1.7 mm nozzle is suitable for applications requiring increased coating material flow or the application of higher-viscosity materials.

LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) technology allows the spray gun to operate with an average air consumption of only 145 l/min, making it a practical option for lower-capacity compressors. The required working pressure is 2.5 bar.

The gun provides a wide 220–250 mm spray pattern for efficient coverage of medium and larger surfaces. A top-mounted 600 ml plastic cup provides gravity-fed coating material delivery.

The Ø1.7 mm nozzle makes this model particularly suitable for primers, filling coats and other higher-viscosity coating materials when the coating manufacturer recommends this nozzle size.
