Air spray gun Ø1.2mm (LVLP)

HYMAIR AS100312 is a pneumatic LVLP spray gun designed for precise and efficient coating applications. LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) technology requires a relatively low volume of compressed air, with this model consuming only 145 l/min on average.

The Ø1.2 mm nozzle is suitable for finer and more precise painting and finishing applications. Despite its low air consumption, the gun provides a wide 220–250 mm spray pattern, allowing efficient coverage of various surfaces.

The spray gun operates at 2.5 bar and features a top-mounted 600 ml plastic cup for gravity-fed material delivery. Its relatively low air requirement makes the AS100312 a practical choice for use with lower-capacity compressors, provided their actual air delivery meets the gun's requirements.

Suitable for automotive components, metal products, wood, furniture and various precision finishing applications.
