YATO YT-85580 is a powerful petrol garden shredder designed for processing branches and other plant waste in gardens, orchards, allotments and larger properties. Its petrol engine provides complete independence from mains electricity, making the machine particularly suitable for working over larger outdoor areas.
The shredder is powered by a reliable LONCIN LC1P70FC 196 cm³ four-stroke OHV engine producing 3.5 kW (4.76 HP). It can process branches up to 45 mm in diameter, making it suitable for handling tree and shrub pruning waste.
Shredded material is collected in a 30-litre container, helping to keep the working area organised. Processed branches can be used for composting or mulching, while shredding also significantly reduces the volume of garden waste before disposal.
The durable metal housing is designed for outdoor use, while two transport wheels make it easier to move the 38.3 kg machine around the working area.

Important: the engine of a new machine is supplied without engine oil or fuel. Before the first start, fill the engine with the appropriate SAE 15W-40 oil and unleaded E10 petrol.
The first engine oil change is recommended after 5 operating hours, followed by subsequent changes every 20–25 operating hours, in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions.
The maximum 45 mm branch diameter may vary depending on wood species, hardness, moisture content and branch condition.
