YATO YT-82457 is a professional 750 W HOT AIR soldering station designed for soldering and desoldering electronic components, SMD repair and other applications requiring a precisely controlled hot-air stream.
The operating temperature can be adjusted over a wide 100–500 °C range, while maximum airflow reaches 120 l/min. The integrated temperature stabilization system maintains the selected temperature with ±2 °C stability, providing consistent operating parameters as heat demand changes.
The HOT AIR handle uses a brushless fan for smooth airflow and quiet operation. Airflow can be continuously adjusted, allowing the station to be precisely configured for different electronic components and applications.
The YT-82457 offers rapid heating, reaching 350 °C in approximately 6 seconds. The digital LED display shows the selected and actual hot-air temperature as well as the operating status of the station.
When the HOT AIR handle is placed in its holder after use, the automatic cooling system is activated. The station cools the nozzle to approximately 100 °C before entering standby mode. Lifting the handle automatically reactivates the HOT AIR module using the previously selected operating parameters.
Three integrated settings memory positions allow frequently used temperatures to be saved for quick access. ESD Safe technology helps reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge when working with sensitive electronic and SMD components.
