YATO YT-82185 is a compact and versatile band saw designed for cutting steel, stainless steel, hardened steel, pipes, profiles and other metal workpieces. The removable metal base allows the tool to be used in two configurations – as a stationary cutting machine or a portable band saw.
The 1100 W motor and adjustable blade speed of 0.7–2.4 m/s allow the cutting parameters to be adapted to different workpieces. The maximum cutting capacity reaches 127 × 127 mm, making the saw suitable for cutting pipes, metal profiles and structural components.
Band saw cutting technology provides fast metal cutting with minimal sparking. This is particularly useful when cutting galvanized profiles, as it avoids the intensive surface heating associated with abrasive cutting discs.
The removable base features a workpiece clamping mechanism and adjustable cutting angle. The material can be securely fixed for more convenient and precise cutting when operating in stationary mode.
An integrated LED work light improves visibility in poorly illuminated areas, making the saw particularly useful for automotive exhaust work, pipe installations and on-site assembly applications.
