YATO YT-82461 is a compact and precise 75 W soldering station with T12 series tips, designed for electronics, PCB boards, wiring, small components and other precision soldering applications. The heating element and temperature sensor integrated directly into the T12 tip provide rapid heating and fast temperature response during operation.
Temperature can be adjusted across a wide 90–480 °C range, with temperature stability of ±2 °C. The digital LED display shows both the selected and actual tip temperature as well as temperature calibration settings.
The T12 design integrates the heating element and temperature sensor directly into the soldering tip. This allows temperature changes to be detected quickly, enabling the station to adjust heating power and maintain the selected operating temperature.
The YT-82461 features an intelligent heating power management system. As the tip approaches the selected temperature, heating power is gradually reduced. This helps minimise temperature fluctuations and reduces stress on the heating element and temperature sensor integrated into the T12 tip.
The station reaches approximately 350 °C in around 20 seconds, while approximately 85% of the selected temperature – around 300 °C – can be reached in just 7 seconds.
The included T12-ILS precision tip features an extremely fine 0.15 mm tip, making it particularly suitable for detailed electronics and precision soldering work.
