IBS WAS 40.200 Universal Floor Cleaning Concentrate, 20 L

IBS WAS 40.200 is a universal floor cleaning concentrate for industrial premises, workshops and warehouses. It removes tyre rubber marks, oil and grease residues, drilling and cutting oils, dust and stubborn deposits.

The 20 L concentrate is diluted with water to a concentration of 2–8% before use. It is suitable for floor cleaning machines, pressure washing, steam cleaning, brushing and manual wiping.

Suitable for different surfaces

The cleaner is suitable for sealed and coated floors, concrete and smooth surfaces, ceramic floors and tiles. It can also be used on workshop and industrial walls.

Suitable for ESD flooring

The ESD-certified formula is suitable for ESD floor coverings and protection zones. According to the manufacturer, it does not adversely affect the floor’s electrical resistance.

Low-foaming and streak-free drying

Defoaming ingredients support use in floor cleaning machines. The cleaner provides an anti-slip effect and dries without streaks or stains.

Compatible with oil separators

The demulsifying formula is compatible with oil separator systems. It contains no silicone, phosphates or phosphonates, and its surfactants are readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria.

Dilution and use

Dilute the concentrate with water before use. Select the concentration according to the degree of soiling:

Examples for 10 L of final solution: 2% – 0.2 L concentrate and 9.8 L water; 5% – 0.5 L concentrate and 9.5 L water; 8% – 0.8 L concentrate and 9.2 L water. Start with the lowest suitable concentration and increase if needed. Follow the cleaning equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
