Sherman MIG 200 SMART synergic MIG/MAG welder, 200 A, 230 V

Sherman MIG 200 SMART is a straightforward synergic inverter welder for steel work. One machine provides MIG/MAG, MMA DC and TIG Lift DC processes.

The synergic system assists MIG/MAG setup, while the LED display shows settings. Its built-in two-roll feeder accommodates Ø100 and Ø200 mm wire spools.

MIG/MAG and self-shielded wire

Synergic operation covers steel and self-shielded wire. Polarity reversal allows conventional gas-shielded wire or suitable self-shielded flux-cored wire. The machine does not have pulsed MIG.

Straightforward setup

• Synergic setup reduces the number of parameters to adjust manually.

• MIG voltage correction allows arc adjustment.
• Supports a compatible Spool Gun with a D100 spool; the torch is optional.

MMA, TIG Lift and applications

MMA uses coated electrodes; TIG Lift requires an additional compatible TIG torch and gas. This model suits general steel repairs and workshop work. Spool Gun compatibility does not by itself provide a dedicated aluminium synergic program.
