Sherman DIGIMIG 200 HIT synergic MIG/MAG welder, 200 A, 230 V

Sherman DIGIMIG 200 HIT is an IGBT inverter welder for joining steel and suitably prepared non-ferrous metal parts. It combines MIG/MAG, MMA DC and TIG Lift DC processes, with MIG brazing capability.

Synergic MIG/MAG control simplifies setup, while manual operation allows adjustment to the joint. Maximum MIG and TIG current is 200 A; MMA is limited to 180 A. The 200 A designation does not mean the same output in every process.

MIG/MAG and wire selection

Synergic programs cover steel, aluminium alloys and self-shielded wire. Inductance adjustment helps tune arc characteristics. Polarity reversal supports suitable self-shielded flux-cored wire without an external shielding-gas supply.

• Supports a compatible Spool Gun with a D100 spool, purchased separately.

MMA, TIG Lift and applications

In MMA, Hot Start assists ignition, Arc Force supports arc control and VRD reduces open-circuit voltage. TIG Lift requires an additional compatible torch and gas. The machine suits workshop repairs and assembly work; pulsed MIG is not provided.
