The DN120T is an 8 kW spot welder for double-sided sheet metal joining. The listed maximum two-sheet combination is 2.0+2.0 mm.
This 230 V machine is intended for joints accessible to electrodes from both sides. Welding time is adjustable from 100 to 1100 ms.
Adjustable time allows settings to suit sheet thickness and surface condition. Confirm the settings with a test weld before making the final joint.
For 1+1 mm steel, the listed rate is 1–3 welds per minute with at least 20 seconds between welds. The 30% duty cycle does not remove this pause requirement.
The machine comes with 4 electrodes and a 2 m power cable with a 2.5 mm² conductor cross-section. Check electrode condition and alignment before use.
