SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse MIG/MAG welder, 200 A, 230 V

SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse is a compact inverter welder with a four-roll wire feeder. It provides manual and synergic MIG/MAG, Pulse and Dual Pulse modes, together with TIG Lift and MMA capability.

A single-phase 230 V supply and 14.5 kg housing make the machine suitable for workshop repairs and assembly tasks. MIG current ranges from 30 to 200 A; the manufacturer specifies a 60% duty cycle at 200 A.

Pulsed MIG/MAG and synergy

Pulse and Dual Pulse assist heat-input and weld-surface control on aluminium, stainless steel and structural steel. Synergic programs cover steel, self-shielded wire, CuSi, AlSi and AlMg. Match the program, wire diameter and shielding gas to the material.

Process control and memory

• Four-roll mechanism for consistent wire feeding.
• Burn Back, Slow Feed, inductance and pre/post-gas adjustment.
• Wire and gas tests, polarity reversal and SPOT mode.
• Up to 20 saved programs and an LCD for repeated tasks.
• Fan Stop controls fan operation according to demand.

TIG Lift, MMA and optional accessories

MMA includes Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD. TIG Lift uses contact arc ignition and requires a compatible TIG torch. Spool Gun operation is supported, but neither a TIG nor a Spool Gun torch is included in this package.
