Manufacturer: SPARTUS

SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse is an inverter welder for workshop repairs, assembly and fabrication. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, it offers synergic MIG/MAG, Pulse and Dual Pulse modes, together with TIG DC Lift and MMA capability.

The four-roll wire feeder and heat-input control are useful for aluminium, stainless steel and structural steel work. The machine accepts spools up to 5 kg and Ø200 mm, with 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm wire. Match the shielding gas, liner and rollers to the chosen wire material.

Pulse, Dual Pulse and Cool Pulse

Pulse and Dual Pulse help control heat input and the weld pool, reduce spatter and produce an even weld appearance. At low wire feed speeds, the machine automatically uses Cool Pulse to limit heat input into thin parts. These features assist distortion control, while the settings still need to suit the joint.

Synergic control and four-roll feeding

  • Synergic programs based on material, wire diameter and shielding gas.
  • Manual parameter selection and adjustment.
  • A four-roll mechanism for consistent wire feeding, particularly with soft aluminium wire.
  • 2T/4T torch control, inductance adjustment and a wire-feed test.
  • Post Gas flow helps protect the hot weld area after welding.

TIG DC Lift, MMA and optional torches

MIG current ranges from 30 to 200 A; TIG and MMA range from 10 to 200 A. MMA includes Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD. TIG DC Lift uses direct current and contact arc ignition. For aluminium, use a suitably prepared MIG process; TIG DC Lift does not replace an AC TIG machine.

The machine supports a compatible Spool Gun, purchased separately. A TIG torch is also not included in this package. CuSi MIG brazing is possible with the appropriate wire and process settings.
