PULI HG68030A uses compressed air to deliver grease.

Its listed 30 kg capacity describes grease quantity, not a liquid-oil reservoir.

Air pressure and grease line

The pressure ratio describes pressure multiplication, not output. Set the air regulator under the pump instructions and within the lowest hose, gun or coupler rating.

Access to lubrication points

Route the hose without sharp bends and clean the nipple before connecting. Operate the gun while observing the component; connecting air alone does not provide automatic dosing.

Filling and depressurisation

Use grease of an approved grade and viscosity. Shut off air and release residual pressure under the model instructions before refilling or disconnecting.
