The YATO YT-820501 is a professional 1300 W magnetic drill designed for accurate drilling in steel structures, profiles, beams and other ferromagnetic components. Its compact construction and powerful electromagnetic base allow secure operation in horizontal, vertical and inverted positions.
The machine supports core drilling up to Ø35 mm and conventional twist drilling up to Ø13 mm, with a maximum drilling depth of 50 mm. A 150 mm working stroke provides additional flexibility when working with thicker components.
The 0–550 rpm variable speed control allows the drilling speed to be matched precisely to the cutter and material being machined. A reverse function helps release jammed tools and also enables thread tapping operations.
The professional 3/4" (19 mm) Weldon holder is compatible with annular cutters and other suitable industrial accessories. The precision vertical guide with adjustable carriage pressure ensures stable tool movement and repeatable drilling accuracy.
An integrated coolant tank delivers fluid directly to the cutting zone, helping control temperature and extend tool life. For vertical and inverted work, cutting paste or spray lubricant may be used.
Suitable for:
For maximum magnetic holding force, the contact surface should be clean and flat. Remove rust, paint, oil, metal chips and other contamination before use.
Minimum recommended material thickness:
When working vertically or overhead, always use the additional safety measures specified by the manufacturer and follow the operating manual.
