KRAFT&DELE KD1649 Electric Hoist, 500/999 kg, 30 m, 1900 W

The KRAFT&DELE KD1649 is an electric wire rope hoist designed for lifting and lowering heavy loads at construction sites, workshops, warehouses, farms and other working environments.

The hoist features a 1900 W electric motor, a 30-metre steel wire rope and two lifting configurations.

With a single rope, the maximum lifting capacity is 500 kg. When using the supplied pulley block and double-rope configuration, the maximum lifting capacity increases to 999 kg.

In double-rope mode, the lifting capacity increases, while the maximum lifting height decreases from 30 metres to 15 metres.

The hoist is equipped with a 6 mm steel wire rope, a load hook with a safety latch and a wired control pendant with lifting and lowering buttons.

An emergency STOP button is also provided to stop the hoist in a hazardous situation.

The steel housing features a mounting base with fixing holes, allowing the hoist to be installed on a suitable load-bearing structure.

The KRAFT&DELE KD1649 operates on a 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase power supply and is intended for lifting loads, not people.

Two Lifting Configurations – 500 kg or 999 kg

The hoist can operate in two configurations depending on the wire rope arrangement.

The double-rope configuration allows heavier loads to be lifted but reduces the maximum lifting height.

Powerful 1900 W Electric Motor

The 1.9 kW electric motor drives the lifting mechanism.

The hoist operates on a 230 V / 50 Hz power supply, so a three-phase connection is not required.

The manufacturer specifies a 21 A starting current, making it important to verify that the electrical installation, circuit protection and supply cables are suitable.

30-Metre Steel Wire Rope

The hoist uses a 30 m long steel wire rope with a 6 mm diameter.

The long rope enables loads to be lifted to elevated working areas and supports vertical material handling.

When using the pulley block in double-rope mode, the maximum lifting height is 15 m.

Control Pendant with Emergency STOP

The hoist is operated using a wired control pendant equipped with:

• UP button;

• DOWN button;

• emergency STOP button.

This allows the operator to control the direction of load movement and stop the mechanism when necessary.

The emergency STOP function does not replace proper load securing or other essential safety measures.

Load Hook with Safety Latch

The hoist features a load hook with a safety latch, designed to reduce the risk of the lifting attachment accidentally slipping out.

Only properly rated lifting accessories should be used to secure loads.

Robust Steel Construction
