The FRZD Series HSS-E Cobalt Annular Cutters are designed for professional metal drilling with magnetic drilling machines and other equipment using a Weldon shank. Manufactured from premium HSS-E high-speed steel with cobalt, they provide excellent heat resistance, extended tool life and outstanding cutting performance.
The cutters feature a multi-edge cutting geometry that efficiently removes chips from the cutting area, reducing tool load while improving cutting speed and hole quality.
The Weldon shank ensures secure clamping, excellent stability and reduced vibration, even when drilling thick steel sections. With a 50 mm cutting depth, these cutters are ideal for structural steel fabrication, industrial production and installation work.
