IBS DPF cleaning concentrate, 1 L / 20 L (2050564GR)

IBS DPF is an alkaline water-based concentrate for professional cleaning of diesel particulate filters and other exhaust aftertreatment components. Dilute it with water for use in suitable cleaning machines.

The low-foaming formula removes soot, ash, carbon and coking deposits as well as oil and grease contamination. This listing offers a choice of 1 L or 20 L.

DPF and component cleaning

The manufacturer lists DPF, FAP filters, SCR systems and catalytic converters as applications. The concentrate also cleans suitable mechanical components such as oil filters, pistons, injection nozzles and tools. Check material and process compatibility against the component and cleaning machine instructions.

Dilution with water at 3–10 %

Select the concentration for the degree of contamination within the recommended 3–10 % range. The table gives quantities for 10 L of finished cleaning solution.

Low-foaming, demulsifying formula

Low foaming suits machine cleaning. Integrated corrosion protection supports material-friendly cleaning, while demulsifying properties suit processes using oil separators. The cleaner also removes oil carbon and graphite deposits.

Cleaning procedure

1. Remove the filter or component under the vehicle or equipment repair instructions.
2. Prepare the required solution concentration and use it under the cleaning machine instructions.
3. Select temperature, cycle time and programme for the machine and component.
4. Complete the specified rinsing and drying process. Check that the component is ready before refitting.
