IBS DPF Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning Concentrate, 20 L

IBS DPF is a professional diesel particulate filter cleaning concentrate for workshops and service centres. It removes soot, ash and carbon deposits, coking, oil carbon, graphite, oil and grease.

This alkaline water-based concentrate is supplied in a 20 L container for professional cleaning machines. Before cleaning, dilute it with water to 3–10%, depending on the component’s contamination.

For DPF and exhaust aftertreatment components

The concentrate is suitable for DPF and FAP filters, SCR systems and catalytic converters. It can also be used for selected mechanical components, including oil filters, pistons, injection nozzles and tools.

Low-foaming formula

The low-foaming cleaner is designed for professional DPF cleaning machines. Select the solution concentration according to contamination within the recommended 3–10% range.

Integrated corrosion protection

Corrosion protection helps protect components during cleaning. Select the time, temperature and programme according to the cleaning machine manufacturer’s instructions.

Suitable for oil separators

The demulsifying concentrate is suitable for systems with oil separators. According to the manufacturer, hazard labelling under the CLP Regulation is not required.

Dilution

Select the concentration according to contamination. Start with the lowest suitable concentration and increase if needed, without exceeding 10%.

Use

1. Remove the filter or component according to the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Prepare a 3–10% solution and fill the cleaning machine.
3. Position the component and select the cleaning time, temperature and programme according to the cleaning machine manufacturer’s instructions.
4. If needed, repeat the cycle or increase the concentration within the recommended range.
5. Complete the specified rinsing and drying procedure. Ensure the component is ready before refitting.
