Metal bead roller machine 457mm with stand

MHRRM18S is a manual sheet metal bead roller and forming machine with a stand, designed for shaping sheet metal and creating steps, beads and grooves. Its freestanding design is particularly suitable for automotive bodywork, restoration, sheet metal fabrication and general metal-forming applications.

The hand crank mechanically drives the forming rollers while the upper adjustment screw controls roller pressure and the depth of the formed profile. Manual operation allows the material to be formed progressively while providing good control over the forming process.

The 457 mm throat depth allows profiles to be formed not only along sheet edges but also considerably further into the workpiece. This is particularly useful when manufacturing and restoring automotive body panels, sheet metal components and custom fabricated parts.

The machine comes with 6 interchangeable forming die sets – three for step profiles and three for groove forming. The supplied stand creates a convenient freestanding workstation for workshop use.
