Warranty

All products purchased from www.irankistai.lt come with a warranty.

Delivery to the warranty service and documents:

When purchasing a tool or other device, please keep the VAT invoice or other purchase document. The manufacturer's extended warranty certificate must be presented along with the purchase document. If you notice a defect or malfunction (unusual noises, vibrations, reduced power, etc.) during the warranty period, contact the service center as soon as possible. Please bring the devices to the service center clean and as complete as possible, although the original packaging is not required. You can also send them via courier services, informing us in advance by email: servisas@irankistai.lt. Please always provide an explanation of the defect or malfunction. The warranty period is specified in the description of each product. The buyer must transport all devices to the service center unless otherwise stated in the warranty documents.

Approximate terms (not always exact):

Malfunctions due to the manufacturer's fault will be repaired within 14-21 days from the date the product is handed over to the warranty service or within 40-75 working days if parts need to be ordered from abroad. In all cases, we strive to provide warranty service as quickly as possible.

The quality warranty provided by the seller does not limit or restrict the consumer's rights, which are granted by law when purchasing goods or services of inadequate quality.

Warranties for individuals:

  • Electrical, battery-powered, and gasoline-powered devices come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty;

  • Some manufacturers may offer a longer manufacturer's warranty with/without additional registration;

  • Non-electrical, battery-powered, and gasoline-powered tools, accessories, or attachments may have a warranty for manufacturing or material defects.

  • The warranty does not apply to:*

    • Products with mechanical damage or signs of disassembly;
    • Products used not according to their intended purpose;
    • Products with defects caused by the buyer;
    • Products with damaged serial stickers;
    • Products repaired at an unauthorized service center;**
    • Defects caused by environmental factors (storms, rain, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood), or accidental external factors (voltage surges, etc.);
    • Defects caused by liquids, objects, etc., entering the device;
    • If the buyer does not provide the purchase document (invoice, receipt, leasing agreement);
    • Defects caused by using non-original accessories;
    • Wearable parts (cables, connectors, batteries, holders, etc.).

    *Warranty limitations or exclusions are aligned with Article 6.333(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

ATTENTION:

  • The warranty period for repaired or replaced items is calculated from the original purchase date;
  • According to Article 6.335 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, if the buyer cannot use the goods covered by the warranty due to obstacles dependent on the seller, the warranty period is extended by the time during which the buyer could not use the goods due to defects, provided that the buyer properly notified the seller of the defects, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement;
  • All costs related to transporting the item to and from the warranty center are borne by the buyer.
