We recommend contacting the seller using the provided contact information before returning any goods. (servisas@irankistai.lt)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days (from the day of delivery), but you must cover the cost of returning the item. The consumer's right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract does not apply to the following agreements (Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania):
- Service agreements where the services have been fully provided to the consumer, provided that the consumer has given explicit consent and acknowledgment that they will lose the right to withdraw once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
- Agreements for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- Agreements for goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life;
- Agreements for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- Agreements for goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- Agreements where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for urgent repair or maintenance. If, during such a visit, the trader provides additional services other than those specifically requested or supplies additional goods other than spare parts necessary for maintenance or repair, the right to withdraw applies to those additional services or goods;
- Agreements concluded at a public auction;
- Agreements for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering, or leisure activities where a specific date or period for performance is specified in the contract;
- Agreements for the supply of digital content where the supply has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose the right to withdraw;
- Agreements with legal entities.
For some of the agreements mentioned above, the withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days:
- For service contracts, from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- For sales contracts, from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you receives the goods, or:
- if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you receives the last good;
- if the goods are delivered in different lots or parts, from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you receives the last lot or piece.
If you decide to withdraw from the purchase, you must submit a free-form request (via email, fax, or paper form attached to the returned item) stating your decision to withdraw.
The buyer bears all costs and risks associated with returning the item within 14 (fourteen) days.
No later than 14 days from the date of your notice of withdrawal and the return of the item to us, we will refund all amounts paid by you, except for the delivery costs paid by you when purchasing the item. We will make the refund by bank transfer to your specified bank account in Lithuania.
